You’ll be solo or part of a small team providing regular home cleanings for our customers. This role is about showing up on time, following our checklists, and doing solid, consistent work.

Pay: $17 - $24 (plus bonus)

Availability: Commercial hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday. Saturday optional.

This role focuses on more detailed cleanings like first-time visits, move-ins, move-outs, and deep resets. It’s hands-on, more physical, and very detail-oriented. If you enjoy taking a space from “pretty clean” to “wow, that feels brand new,” you’ll probably enjoy this position.

Pay: $18 - $25 (plus Deep Cleaner Specialist bonus)

Availability: Commercial hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Saturday.

Trainers help new team members learn how we work and keep our standards consistent. You’ll be cleaning alongside others while also coaching, answering questions, and setting the tone on job sites. This role is best for someone with experience who’s patient, clear, and enjoys helping others improve.

Pay: $17 - $24 (plus Trainer bonus)

Availability: Commercial hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday. Saturday optional.

Floaters help wherever they’re needed on a given day. You might jump in with different teams, cover a call-out, or help on larger jobs. It’s a flexible role for someone adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in different homes with different teammates.

Pay: $17 - $24 (plus Floater bonus)

Availability: Commercial hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday, after hours (after 5pm), and weekends.
