Most new customers begin with an Initial Cleaning (Deep Cleaning), unless the home has been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days. From there, our Standard Cleaning keeps everything fresh on a recurring schedule, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is available for transitions.

Standard Cleaning
A consistently clean & healthy home (maintenance)
What’s Included
- Vacuum & mop floors throughout
- Dust reachable furniture, picture frames, shelves, and décor
- Clean mirrors & interior glass; wipe countertops & tabletops
- Disinfect high-touch points (light switches, door handles, etc.)
- Spot clean cabinet fronts; clean sliding doors (interior)
- Quick bathroom refresh (toilets, sinks, shower/tub surfaces, fixtures)
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Light dusting of baseboards and window sills (reachable)

- Homes that have had an Initial/Deep clean or professional clean within ~30 days

Initial Cleaning (Deep Cleaning)
A top-to-bottom reset before recurring maintenance
What’s Included
- Bathrooms: detailed scrub of showers/tubs, grout & edges; toilet (including hinges/base); sinks & faucets with mineral deposit removal; mirrors & fixtures polished; floor edges & corners
- Kitchen: deep clean stove top, burners & knobs; microwave inside & out; appliance exteriors & handles; backsplash & counters; sink & faucet detail; floor edges
- All Areas: dust & wipe baseboards, window sills, ledges & blinds (reachable); vents, switches & door handles; cobweb removal; vacuum under cushions and, where reachable, behind/under furniture
- Thorough vacuum & mop of all floors; interior glass & mirrors; trash emptied & liners replaced
Initial vs. Standard — What’s the Difference?
- Standard = Maintain: surface-level upkeep — wipe, vacuum, sanitize the everyday areas.
- Initial = Reset: tackles buildup — soap scum, grout discoloration, grease films, mineral deposits, edges/corners, and overlooked spots (e.g., under cushions, baseboards, vents).
We require an Initial Cleaning for most new clients to bring the home to our cleanliness baseline. After that, Standard Cleaning keeps it there efficiently.

- Extra attention to edges, corners, storage areas, and high-touch points

- Homeowners preparing to sell or hand off keys
- Families moving into a new space who want a hygienic fresh start
Add-On Services
